- Can I get extra envelopes?
- All orders include 2 extra envelopes for every 50 cards ordered.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Google Checkout. Amazon Payments coming soon!
- Do I need extra postage?
- Only if you are ordering 5" x 5" products. Check your local Post Office for additional rate information.
- What kind of pictures/resolution should I use?
- We only accept digital photos in JPEG format. If the photo was taken in a modern digital camera or scanned in by a photo lab, it's probably just fine.
- Will I know what my card looks like before you print it?
- After designing your product you will see a preview prior to checkout. This is your chance to look over the order and make sure all your information and wording is correct.
- How long until my order is shipped?
- We will ship your order within 3-4 business days. If your order takes additional time to ship you will be notified ahead of time by a customer service representative.
- Can I use a professional photograph?
- As long you have legal permission to use the photograph, of course!
- What type of paper do you print on?
- All Orchid & Company designs are printed on luxury heavyweight card stock. The paper has an exceptional texture and feel to it.
- Why are our photo cards different?
- Our modern concepts are one of the first things you notice about Orchid & Company products. Fresh simplicity, vibrant colors and chic designs are the foundation of our style. The fine and luxurious paper all cards are printed on is a change from the humdrum everyday glossy photo paper.
- How do I place a re-order?
- Just contact us via email with your previous order number and let us know what you need.
- Can I place an order by phone?
- Unfortunately we are unable to take phone orders. Please !
- Can you touch up my photo?
- We are not able to perform any photo manipulation except basic cropping and resizing.
- Can you mail me a sample of a design I like?
- If you are interested in a design but perhaps are not sure about the paper and finish we would be happy to mail you a free sample. Please email us with your request and specify the design you are interested in.
